About Us

Established in 1988 and located on Australia’s beautiful Gold Coast, Dentos Pty Ltd is a leading specialist in education, delivering a series of engaging and rewarding courses that provides opportunities for a new career. Dentos Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 2875), approved to deliver nationally recognised training and assessment services.

 

In 2019, in collaboration with The Pet Stylist Academy, the new pet grooming faculty Dentos Pet Stylist Academy was developed. The training and assessment are facilitated at The Pet Stylist Academy campus in Broadbeach Waters, Gold Coast.

Pet Stylist Academy, located on the Gold Coast, stands as one of Australia's premier training centre for pet grooming and animal courses, renowned for their unwavering commitment to excellence and proven effectiveness in training techniques and educational curriculum.

Since their establishment in 2013, they've been dedicated to nurturing exceptional individuals who go on to become outstanding animal services professionals. They offer a range of nationally accredited qualifications and courses that equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the dynamic animal industry.

At the helm of their esteemed faculty is the internationally accredited Master Groomer, Emily Myatt, leading a team of highly awarded professionals.

Emily is a Master Groomer who has been grooming for more than 20 years. She is the owner of numerous grooming salons across Australia and also is the principal of one of Australia's largest grooming academies.


Emily is a multi-award-winning groomer, having won across all grooming competition categories. She recently was awarded the accreditation of Grooming Judge with Barkleigh and has judged in competitions though Europe, Asia and Australia. 


Emily has featured in all forms of media including Groomer to Groomer magazine, Channel 7, Channel 9 and multiple newspapers across Australia. She has shown poodles and Irish setters in conformation since 1986.

The vision is to be recognised as the premier quality education establishment for Pet Grooming and Animal courses for Australian and International students and be recognised as such by the accrediting authorities
